Wir schreiben Songs auf Deutsch und Englisch. Unsere Musik liegt irgendwo zwischen Indie Pop und Folk, aber sie verlässt die Genres, wenn sie es muss.
Unsere Themen sind die Rollen, die nicht mehr zu uns passen. Uns interessiert, was zwischen Menschen passiert, wie Identität entsteht – und wo die Welt Risse zeigt. Ohne Pathos, dafür humorvoll, mit Schärfe und Tiefe.
Poetische Klarheit und musikalische Eigenständigkeit entsteht. Wir nehmen uns den Raum, wir nehmen uns den Platz, wir nehmen uns die Nussecken, wir sind platzeins.

We write songs in German and English. Our music sits somewhere between indie pop and folk –but it crosses genre boundaries when it needs to.
We sing about roles that no longer fit us. We’re drawn to what happens between people,
how identity takes shape – and where the world begins to crack. Without pathos, but with humor, sharpness, and depth.

Out of this, poetic clarity and musical independence emerge. We take up space, we claim our place, we grab the Nussecken – we are platzeins.
